About this case study
China's short-video ecosystem reaches 1 billion daily active users. But most AI education brands operate on a single platform with a single account — one algorithmic shift or account suspension away from losing everything. We built a four-layer distribution architecture spanning Douyin, Xiaohongshu, Bilibili, and WeChat Channels. The Brand Layer establishes institutional identity through verified official accounts and publishing partnerships. The Authority Layer deploys PhD-level expert IPs delivering high-credibility content. The Conversion Layer operates 5–10 rotating monetization IPs optimized for course enrollment. The Amplification Layer runs 30–100 matrix accounts powered by AI-assisted content production, delivering massive reach at minimal marginal cost. Each layer feeds the next. The system is designed so that no single account failure can threaten the whole — and the longer it runs, the deeper the moat becomes.
